The PF series impact crusher has variety of types. They are distinguished by rigidity of stones: PF-I, PF-II, PF-III and PF-.
1.Scope of application:
The ideal granularity of material is between 100-150mm, the Max. granularity should not exceed the regulated figure. The output granularity can be adjusted by adjusting the clearance between hammer head and impact plate.
2. Structure characteristics:
(1) Tri-impact plate design increases the collision time, decreases the hard extrusion and hammer head attrition as well as prolongs the using life of corrosion-resistant parts.
(2) Clearance between hammer head and impact plate can be adjusted conveniently by the adjusting bolts, by doing this the output granularity can be effective controlled.
(3) Hydraulic pressure device is adopted on the covering device of PF1315, which makes repair more conveniently.
