Saving Cone Ball Mill Performance&Application:

This ball mill (wet or dry) is a key piece of equipment for grinding after the crushing
process. Widely used in the cement, silicate, building material, refractory
material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal, glass and ceramic industries,
this equipment can be used for dry and wet grinding of all kinds of ores
and other materials. 
Savine Cone Ball Mill Working Principle:
This machine is a skeleton pattern ball mill with horizontal cylindrical turning
gears, drive by outer gears and two hoppers. The material goes to the first hopper
after spiraling by the quill shaft from the feeding equipment. The hopper has
ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel balls inside, which use centrifugal
force to ram and grind material.
After the kibbling in the first hopper by a mono-layer partition panel, the material
will enter the second hopper, which has a plane scale board and steel ball inside
to grind material. The powdered material will be discharged from the grid
plate to finish the grinding.
